Stevenson and IMG (Integrated Maintenance Group) are piloting an apprentice swap programme with an objective to provide experience, knowledge and skills beyond what’s available in their own workplace. Apprentices will have the opportunity to work at each other’s organisations for a set time period.

Apprentices Luke Balsillie and Bailey Jaques (above centre) are the first to trial the programme.
