Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a proactive and detail oriented Quality Systems Adviser who is passionate about product quality, continuous improvement, and supporting operational teams to deliver consistent, high performing outcomes.
You will be someone who thrives in a fast paced quarrying environment, enjoy working with a wide range of people, and bring strong technical capability in quality management, aggregates, or laboratory processes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands on engagement at site and structured quality system work, with the confidence to influence, advise, and train others across our operations.
About the role
As the Quality Systems Adviser, you will play a key role in managing and improving the quality performance of our Drury Quarry operations. You will support both internal and external customers, ensure compliance with specifications and standards, and maintain robust quality and production documentation.

The role includes monitoring production, reviewing stock levels, supporting planning, developing procedures, and helping embed new systems and processes across the site.
About you
You are someone who takes pride in delivering high quality work and contributing to strong operational performance. You bring both practical experience and a strong understanding of how quality systems support production success.
You communicate clearly, build strong working relationships, and are comfortable advising and influencing others at all levels from frontline operators to supervisors and managers. You enjoy being out in the field just as much as working through documentation or quality records, and you’re proactive in identifying issues before they become problems.
We are looking for someone with:
- Quarry operational or Lab technical experience.
- Understanding of quarry products and their uses.
- ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems experience
- Ability to lead, influence and train others.
