On Tuesday 3rd October, the annual Fulton Hogan Good Work Awards were held to recognise the remarkable achievements of top-performing teams and individuals. The event was well-attended and showcased excellence
from across the motu.

The awards highlight the achievements of regions, teams and individuals, making it a heartwarming and inspiring occasion. It is a chance to reflect on the positive impact that we collectively can have on the world. To be nominated is an amazing achievement on its own. Stevenson Aggregates was nominated and awarded the prestigious Bill Perry Living Safely Award.

Health and Safety Manager Shane Stewart says, “We were acknowledged for transforming our Health and Safety culture from one that was something of concern to one that is an industry leader. It took less than eighteen months to implement these changes and we are extremely proud of our work.”

Shane was extremely honoured to receive the award on behalf of Stevenson on the night. He says, “This award recognises all the hard mahi our outstanding team and contractors have put in.”

Cate Hampton, Stevenson’s Occupational Health Nurse was recognised for the huge amount of work she contributed to helping Stevenson win the Living Safely Award. “I’m super grateful for being able to attend the awards. It was a fun night and great to see Stevenson with the win,” says Cate. We would like to acknowledge and thank Cate for the valuable work she does in the well-being space at Stevenson.
