Newcombe Road Sand

The proposed site at 77 Newcombe Road will specialise in high-quality concrete sand for customers producing infrastructure, commercial and residential building projects throughout Waikato and the Bay of Plenty.

RS Sand has submitted a consent application to Waipā District Council and Waikato Regional Council to establish and operate this sand quarry.

Newcombe Road Sand will operate under a staged approach. Once each stage is completed, the land will be rehabilitated back into farmland in line with the surrounding landscape.
